I want you to be happy with your purchase but should your item not meet your satisfaction I allow 30 days from the date you received your purchased item to arrange a return.
All returns must have a return authorization number before making a return. To arrange a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call me at 612-816-7131 to obtain a return authorization.
Returned goods must have the authorization to qualify for a refund. All original packing materials must be included, and merchandise must be in new condition. Customers are responsible for shipping items to Rita’s Racques on all returns unless they received a damaged or defective item and are exchanging it for another item of the same make and model.
If you decide to return an item for exchange or refund, you are responsible for shipping and handling charges including shipping charges to your door for products that have free shipping.
Refunds for any returned item will be deducted a restocking of 15% of the item value and any outbound shipping fees.
The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the payment originally used for purchase except as specified below:
· Purchases made with a debit card will be refunded to your Paypal account.
· Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded to your credit card accordingly or by Paypal account if a credit card refund failed.
Please allow 7-10 days after the return has been received by Rita's Racques to see your refund.
