I am back from the best vacation one could ask for. My entire family traveled to Ireland for 10 days. Twelve of us in a small coach bus with the best tour guide, Michael Nolan of Flynn Tours, one could ask for. We celebrated our 50th anniversary as well as Bella's graduation.

We left the driving to someone else and it was the most relaxed vacation ever.

Rita's Racques has added another line of products that I am very excited about. I am of the age where lighting is extremely important. I have experienced a torn retina and I am always struggling for enough light. I found Sewlite Task lighting at a trade show and was so impressed I asked to be a dealer.
The lights can be used many places but are perfect to attach to any sewing machine. There are three different lights with different levels of lights as well as a neck light that works great when hand sewing. Recipe Of The Week
Raspberry Poppyseed Dressing
This was our most requested dressing at the restaurant. A bowl of greens with a bit of fruit like strawberries or blueberries. Perfect!
1 c. raspberries chopped in blender 1T poppyseed
1/3 c. vinegar 2/3 c. oil
2 T honey 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. raspberry flavoring
Combine all ingredients together and shake until oil does not separate.
